units which encompass a full range of services to support our
clients systems and users.
IT Operations
IT Ops manage, monitor and maintain all the outsourced and
hosted service environments on behalf of our customers. They
operate under strict business focused Service Level Agreements.
Service Desk
Our Service Desk provides 24 x 7 support for our clients
business users. Help desk, service requests and end user
training are provided using ITIL based systems and processes
under strict business oriented Service Level Agreements.
